Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe is a from-scratch bakery located in Hopkins MN. They specialize in gourmet cupcakes, custom cakes, and French macarons. They opened their brick & mortar in June 2016 after Amy was working from her home for about a year and a half. They made everything from scratch with only the best ingredients. Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe also offer gluten free vegan treats daily!
